What I liked
I had a difficult pregnancy and delivery and my care from beginning to end was wonderful. I am very grateful for the expertise of all of the staff involved. From my consultant, to my surgeon to the midwives to the anaesthetists to all of the doctors, everyone was highly skilled and communicative and made me feel special and cared for. Good decisions were made at every stage and I felt confident in their hands. I now have a beautiful three month old son and this may not have been the case if it hadn't been for the care I received.
Anything else?
In all hospitals throughout the UK staff are battling against cuts and staff shortages. Yet they work hard to make sure the patient does not experience these hardships. We are experiencing a baby boom at the moment in the middle of a cost cutting exercise. The NHS is a wonderful and essential service and one we must not lose. Anything I can do to support the NHS, I will do!
"Highly skilled, thorough, communicative, caring."
