What could be improved

I only get sent appointments via post 2 days before they are, which means that i have to cancel things that are very important. Currently, i am running out of a prescription antibiotic and have not heard a word of them in 3 months. When i try and phone, they cut me off. If i do not recieve an appointment within the next 3 days, then my 3 months of treatment will have been for nothing and i will relapse.
