What I liked

I was only in the hospital for a day surgery procedure but all aspects of the hospital's performance on my day was outstanding. The administration and arrangements for my admission were handled flawlessly, (nice to know after all the recent negative publicity).

The staff from my arrival to my discharge after the procedure,were really caring, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable particularly after the operation.

Where else do you get tea and toast served by genuinely caring staff without even having to ask for it !!! The staff were outstanding and I would be happy to recommend Westmorland General, Kendal, Day Surgery unit to anyone.

What could be improved
