"Unhappy with mental health services in Derbyshire"

I am unhappy with Derbyshire Mental Health NHS Trust/Erewash Recovery Team - they are appalling, to be honest.

I feel the staff I have met are rude and make you feel uncomfortable in their presence; if you tell them that their services are not working or miss an appointment because of health reasons, they accuse you of disengaging; the services that they provide are basic and are only short-term; mild to moderate conditions, like agoraphobia, do not get taken seriously taken by mental health workers; staff accuse you of acting into the sick role, if you do not look mentally ill enough; if you make a complaint, it gets ignored.

Also, I did not receive any crisis support during a severe relapse with my anxiety/depression. Nobody has ever properly diagnosed me with the severity or type of depression/anxiety I have. I have also been left without no community support because the manager of my CMHT thinks I have disengaged in their services, which is not the case.
