"Great maternity care"

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

What I liked

Fantastic maternity service are provided through PRH. Felt well cared for at all points including antenatal care. Midwives were incredibly accommodating when care needs changed. Felt supported and cared for through labour - always felt informed of progress and care options. Post-natally was very well cared for even after discharge when I had problems. Was able to revisit labour ward and have care immediately when needed. Thank you for all your care and attention.

What could be improved

Access to individual rooms if free instead of on ward during labour or monitoring would be a helpful option. Very dated rooms - in need of upgrade including new beds. More private facilities on labour ward (bathrooms etc)
