What I liked

I have used the Saturday walk-in thing, the ear, nose and throat out-patients department, and the physiotherapy department, all of which are excellent.

What could be improved

It is very difficult to get hold of the physiotherapy department on the telephone. They seem to only answer the telephone before 9.30am, otherwise you have to leave a message, and they'll ring you back.
