This week I attended the UCLH Blood Test centre at 07:30 (Opening time) and was seen promptly, courteously and handled maturely when I said that I always feel a bit light-headed when giving blood.
The taking of blood sample was painless and efficient - and the whole visit was completed within 15 minutes.
Very good.
