"Care was exceptional at Glasgow Royal Infirmary"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Cardiology (Wards 19, 24, 43a, 43b & 44a) Scottish Ambulance Service

(as a relative),

I wish to pass on comment on behalf of all the family, after my wife was admitted as a serious heart patient.

From the moment we got in the ambulance, to the treatment my wife received in the emergency heart surgery required, nothing could have been done, or explained to us any better.

The care shown to both patient and relatives at all times was exceptional.

This hospital and all staff should be a role model to all NHS establishments. Words cannot convey our sincere thanks for saving my wife's life, and for the friendliness and kindness showing.
