"Will avoid this ward at all cost"

What I liked

Student nurses were amazing, felt cared for. As were the housekeeping team.

What could be improved

More stimulation for patients on the ward, instead of sitting looking at each other. Where are volunteers. I saw only a Pet Dog!!!!

There is a member of staff who seriously needs to go on a communication course, and can only be descirbed as abrupt and rude at at times to all patients.

Anything else?

The staff need to be less worried about having their breakfast and coffee in the morning

Phsyio needs to be delivered as promised and not just when the Dr is on the ward.

This is not a rehabilitation ward but an rest home for the elderly. Would suggest the trust renames it accordingly
