(as the patient),

I went to the Belvedere Center @ Burton hospital and was treated with care and as much dignity as was possible.

The consultant Miss Shah (Urology) was very informative and was very keen for me to ask any questions.

During the procedure I was made to feel relaxed with Miss Shah talking to me throughout.

I was very pleased that my procedure went as it did and I was dealt with in a very professional manner.
