What could be improved

The Service, and treating people with respect instead of being treated as a number, or an incumberance.

Anything else?

Turned up for day surgery as per the appointment.

The Hospital did not have me on their list and knew nothing about it !

I am disabled following a stroke, it was a major thing to travel and turn up on time at the hospital, especially as my wife had to take a day off work.

Total waste of time
