Registered at new doctors and he told me I needed to lose weight and referred me to the active weight management programme in Hull. Met Liz for 1st session and I weighed 17st 7lb. After a lot of advice and help from Liz on my last weigh in 6 months afterwards I weighed 16st 2lb.
I am now armed with all the info I got on programme to carry on my weight loss on my own.
Last word goes to Liz who without her help I would not have carried on. I needed the nagging :-)
