What I liked

My Mother has had to attend the A&E department at the RBH twice recently and I have to say that the care and Medical attention she received was first class on both occasions. She was seen promptly and treated with courtesy and great competency. The A&E Doctors were particularly fantastic.

What could be improved

More portering services.

I thank you for taking the time to post a positive feedback on our NHS Choices website. I was really pleased to read that the care and the Medical attention which your Mother received on both occasions in A & E was first class. I have forwarded your posting onto the relevant Departmental Managers in A & E. Once again I thank you for taking time to put a response on.
