What I liked

I was treated with respect at all times and felt that the staff really cared about what was happening to me. At no time was I made to feel just like another name on a list that needed to be got through. My dignity was preserved throughout what could have been an embarrasing procedure. The staff were very reassuring, caring and polite at all times. I was consulted about decisions regarding my care.

I would like to thank all of the staff in the Wonen's Day Care centre - they are real gems.
