"Blood test surprisingly pleasant experience at Knowlsey walk-in centre"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

For the first time since I was 11 (I'm now 32!) I've had a blood test. From the minute I walked in to walking out the whole process took 8 mins. Both the nurse and reception staff were very helpful and what could have been very distressing was very surprisingly pleasant. Thank you.
