What I liked
The A&E department is an excellent feature.
What could be improved
I am getting really tired of the behaviour of a certain 'macular suite' sister. I don't get the time to ask the opthalmologist questions regarding my condition, as a macular suite sister constantly interrupts the opthalmologist, claiming they need to see other patients who have requested unplanned treatment from a specific opthalmologist only. Why does the sister deem them more important? If patients have made a last-minute decision that they will only allow one specific doctor to treat them, then they must aknowledge that if that doctor is currently in clinic, they must wait untill he/she has time! Not only does this leave me feeling like a burden, but the lack of time to ask questions means that I do not know anything about my own condition! I still am unsure about what my diagnosis actually is, whether I can get treatment for it, how it will progress, etc...
Also, as a tip, if you are using 'google images' as a diagnostic tool, perhaps consider turning the screen away from the patient. A doctor turning to 'google images' for advice doesn't exactly instill one with confidence...
