(as the patient),

A very understanding GP was sympathetic to my case and took my problems seriously, took the time and effort to give advice and a referral. She genuinely cared about my well-being and this was very reassuring.

The subsequent referral to the mental health care team has been nothing short of life changing. I have received a very high standard of care for which I am eternally grateful and am so very appreciative of everything that has been provided for me.
