What could be improved

Getting the results back to me! I went to colposcopy clinic 11th November 2011, as of today (14th December) i am still awaiting my results, i have phoned numerous times to be told a letter has been sent out although i have not received one nor has my doctor> the doctor receptionist calle don behalf as myself to be told i have an appointment at Royal preston hospital, althought they would not tell them who with, when or what for!! the letter was sent 7 days ago and still have not heard anything! an absolute disgrace!!
