What I liked
I had a very traumatic accident and felt scared about what had happened. My friend was allowed to stay with me throughout my treatment. I was treated with speed and every member of staff I came into contact with was respectful and endeveavored to help me keep calm.
A special commendation to the paramedics who brought me in and to those who transferred me to the next hospital I needed to go to for an emergency operation.
