What could be improved

Car park absolute disgrace received a parking charge despite paying for 2 hours when I had to rush my pregnant partner to a&e as she nearly lost our baby then on leaving after she was admitted to hospital there was nowhere to get any change for the machines it didn't accept cards so even though it states you can purchase extra time on leaving this was impossible disgusting system the only hospital I’ve been to with such a ridiculous system in place most hospitals eg Hartlepool north tees etc you get a ticket from machine on arriving and pay on leaving this can be by cash or card so you just pay for the time you stayed and not have to guess how long the treatment will take who knows during an emergency how long you will be at hospital absolutely disgusting
