What I liked

Excellent service from the consultant, theatre staff and nurses, clean and privacy attended

What could be improved

Slow to discharge, did not seem to fully understand when I could go following my local for big toe fusion, poor information on discharge, leaflet needs update.

Anything else?

Was late for follow up appointment due to snow, rang x2 on route to say i would not be there on time, no response...... messages do not go to actual clinic.
