About: Birley Health Centre

(as the patient),

I am undergoing regular blood tests at my GP Surgery, the treatment received from medical staff has been excellent however the same can't be said for the reception staff I spoke to. I felt one particular person was rude and unhelpful. In my opinion the service could be improved with some customers service training.
