(as the patient),

I am undergoing regular blood tests at my GP Surgery, the treatment received from medical staff has been excellent however the same can't be said for the reception staff I spoke to. I felt one particular person was rude and unhelpful. In my opinion the service could be improved with some customers service training.

You mention reception were rude and unhelpful - as this is the first real negative feedback for reception we would like to offer you the chance to contact the practice manager to discuss this. Please ring the surgery or email chris.kearton@nhs.net
