"Disappointing"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

What I liked

Discussion with senior reg once I actually got into see him.

What could be improved

Waiting time both at OP clinic and at bloods

Staff not to dicussing amongst themselves how tired they were, what the plans were for Christmas night out etc whilst carrying out BP measuring and doing weights

Booking in clerk making some eye contact, saying good morning, smiling!

Anything else?

As a CMFT employee I feel I need to raise the issues above. Whilst I realise how busy these clinics are, and maybe how boring either booking people in or doing BPs and weight is I do feel the clinic staff need to remember to be more professional around and in their approach to the service users.
