What I liked

I had to go in for an x-ray. The radiology department answered their phone promptly and gave me good advice, including which times were quietest for them. I went in at lunchtime and was seen within 3 minutes. The xray technician was friendly and efficient. She told me what was going on, and explained why I needed to wait afterwards to get the xrays checked and when I should contact my GP again.
