"First class professional people, first class..."

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

What I liked

This was my first time in Hospital in my 66years and I was a little apprehensive as to what to expect,I had an Interlaminar Decompression of the spine . I need not have had any concerns because All the staff in the hospital were very professional and very caring and I was treated with the upmost dignity, care and respect at all times.

I could not have wished to be in better hands.would I chose this Hospital again if I had to be admitted in the future, without hesitation.First Class

What could be improved

In my estimation,Nothing.

Response from University Hospital (Coventry)

Thank you very much for your posting and providing positive feedback on your experience at University Hospital. We are lucky to have many dedicated staff here that truly care for their patients and I am happy to hear you give such praise for the care you received while on one of our Wards.

I have passed your feedback to the team in Neurosurgery and again would like to thank you for taking the time to priase us.
