What I liked

I would like to commend a member of staff at Bolton Hospital. We had an appointment with this young lady on Saturday 3rd December to discuss the progress and future plans for my mother who has suffered a stroke.

We found this staff menber extremely polite, kind, understanding and thoroughly professional. She explained everything concisely and was willing to listen to and answer all our questions and concerns.

At the end of our 20-25 minute discussion she said she would return to the ward with us and explain our discussions with my mum. This she did in such a warm, caring and charming way and my mum was immediately at ease with her.

She is a true professional a real creidt to the uniform...I am sure people contact you regularly to complain about the service they receive so I would like to mention and commend her as a real caring person and a great advert for the NHS
