What I liked

Stayed in Day Case Ward (inc overnight) and was impressed by all members of staff who I met. Due to operation late on in day I can't say what hot food was like but menu offered plenty of choice so should be somethink to like. My request for extra blanket was met promptly and night staff offered to make a sandwich during night if hungry. Couldn't have been looked after any better.

What could be improved

Had to wait for medicines to arrive. Perhaps ward could order them on patient arrival or hold stock. Would free bed earlier and get patient home earlier.
