tv's should have been available for my relative like they are in other wards

In this day and age I can't see why bay2 on d40 had no tv's but bay 1 did,upon speaking to staff was told they had been taken down to use else where ,this is unacceptable everyone should be able to watch tv it seems to me that if your elderly you don't matter,what type of company runs this way and why is the trust allowing this to happen.
