What I liked

i have white coat hypertension and can't cope in hospitals, but my whole experience yesterday was great. the nurses are very understanding and i felt i was in good hands.

the consultant was very good and caring

to one staff member in particular, you made my experience in hospital a whole lot better, you are so caring!

What could be improved
