What I liked
All staff in Sliver Heart Unit were just wonderful. Everything was checked and explained in such a friendly manner.
What could be improved
It was sad that the overnight pre-op stay had to be at Fairfield as there were no overnight facilities in Rochdale.
Anything else?
Many thanks to everyone for putting me at my ease.
