About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / General surgery

(as the patient),

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who looked after me today on the Pre-Admission Unit for general surgery.

I was greeted with a smile from everyone which quickly put me at ease about my visit, nothing was to much trouble!

I am now much more relaxed about going into hospital next week for my operation and staying on E14 for my recovery.
