"Pretty bad"

What I liked

We were initially dealt with quite quickly.

What could be improved

Staff left my partner unattended whilst they dealt with other difficult patients resulting in her collapsing and ending up lying on the floor.

Staff did not seem to communicate with one another and a number of staff came up and asked the same questions repeatedly.

My partner was left strapped in a neck brace waiting for an X-ray for over an hour until it was decided by yet another doctor that an X-ray was not actually necessary and we could go.

Anything else?

I understand it is difficult to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times but the area seemed a little too unhygienic. I deemed the cleanliness procedures I saw taking place of sub standard.

Unfortunately the difficult patient mentioned earlier was placed in the next bay to us and was rather un-nerving especially when strapped in a neck brace on a trolley. We had to request a number of times to be moved.
