What I liked

I was admitted on Tues 22 November as an emergency and transferred to Elizabeth Fry Ward. I would just like to say thank you to everyone involved for their help and excellent care. The hospital has improved considerably and I found the standard of cleanliness, food and staff excellent.

Old fashioned standards seem to have been reintroduced and if all the wards in the hospital are run in the same way as the Elizabeth Fry I would not hesitate in recommending Basildon Hospital.

Keep up the good work.
