What I liked
Definitely the students/young dentist who attended me, a 5th year student and another 2nd year female student.
What could be improved
The waiting time, although it did not bother me much, but I can see other patients is anxiously waiting. Receptionist could try not to assume or guess our ethnic group, no offence though.
Anything else?
The last time I visited a dentist it was like almost a decade ago, and I don't remember having such calm emotion in a dentist room. The dentist that attended me was very polite and gave me a very welcome feeling. He did an excellent job and explain every step on what he is doing. Very professional I would say. Even the supervisor/house manager checked the work(which is my fixed teeth) and said he did a neat job. We chatted along and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Couldn't ask for more.
"great experience and worth waiting"
