What I liked

I had a very caring consultant, who visited the ward at least twice a day and was personally involved rather than delegating to juniors.This was my second hip replacement and it went very well. All the nurses were helpful and I never had to press the call bell! The catering and cleaning staff were friendly and considerate too and the meals were good. I'm so grateful for the skill and care of all involved, this has changed my life. Well done to all, including administration and pre-op assessment.
