What I liked
The efficency of the staff. I trusted them & felt very confident I was getting good quality care.
What could be improved
The final way of giving information , I can read the information leaflet & don.t require this to be read to me but do need to be given information on bathing & mobility.
Anything else?
If it hadn't been for the above I would have given this an excellent rating.
