(as the patient),

I am coming to the end of my time with active lifestyles. I have been with lisa hewson. The last six months have been great. She has helped me to loose over 22lb. Her help support and advice as been good, no way could I have done this on my own. She as been there for me all the way. She is a good listener,and helps you however she can. It has passed really quick, I am going to miss my sessions.

Wish there was a follow up, to be left on my own it is going to be a struggle and il be worried i put it back on.
