Over the past 18 months I have had 4 operations in Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals due to serious injuries sustained in mountain biking accidents.
On each occasion I was treated with unstinting kindness, patience and respect.
I was also able to note how the staff treated other patients which confirmed that they were treated with equal care to that which I experienced.
During one stay, I had a side room & my neighbour was an old lady who shouted out continuously day & night. She was aggressive towards the nurses when they went into her which they did repeatedly and, on every occasion, they showed incredible patience and kindness towards her.
