"Good experience, friendly doctors, shame about the..."

What I liked

The staff were ready and waiting to see me, very efficient, listened to my worries and needs and addressed them both. Nurses were a bit inconsiderate but overall I felt well looked after. The doctor was excellent and really put me at ease.

What could be improved

The parking costs are far too excessive. The nurses aren't considerate enough and don't tell you why they're asking you to do something.

Anything else?

Overall a good service and made a horrible experience better.
