What I liked

was suposed to have got a appointment 4 to 6 weeks after failed a.f. 10 weeks later still waiting tried ringing hospital sorry no one here at the moment ( 12.30) leave name and number will get back to you that was 24/11/2011 still waiting lucky i did not have to do any shopping.

What could be improved

me getting a letter or even someone ringing me back
