What I liked

Easy to park, courteous reception staff, no queues. I left plenty of time for all the anticipated delays. The service was so good I was back home again five minutes before my appointment time!

What could be improved

Making the appointment in the first place was tricky. The opening times on the slip did not match the opening times on the answerphone and it was difficult to get through. When I did get through on the phone however the appointment was within the week which was very impressive as I was expecting a wait of several months.
