"A&E department at Ashford hospital"

I've just returned from a two hour wait in A&Evand would like to highlight several areas for improvement. Firstly the aerial in the tv wasn't working - which made the wait a lot more painful than it could have been with a 6 year old and 3 year old. My 3 year old was sick on the toilet floor, I informed the nurse who seemed to do absolutely nothing. Finally, it would have been helpful if regular updates on how long to expect to wait would have been good.
