What I liked
My 2 year old son recently had an accident whilst on holiday where he hurt his arm and was in pain. We took him to the Bodmin Minor Injuries Unit where he was seen extremely quickly. The nurse did an excellent job of reasurring both my son and us whilst she examined him and quickly determined that he had subluxed his elbow. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it throughout the examination so we knew what to expect, put the elbow back into place and then observed him in the waiting room to make sure he was ok before we took him home.
What could be improved
Absolutely nothing, we we extremely impressed with the staff and the set-up of the Minor Injuries Unit.
Anything else?
The nurse is a credit to the Bodmin Minor Injuries Unit.
"Excellent!"
