Great to be seen at Rustlings Rd surgery. As always very sensible, down to earth and friendly. Good - and unexpected - to be given printout out of my XR results - just done routinely, no fuss, like it's 'just the way we do things round here'. Very refreshing. At last the NHS is begining to treat information as if patients just, obviously, have a right to it.
