"My Experience of being a long term supporter and user of the NHS"

About: NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as the patient),

I was born in 1961 I was 10.5 weeks early this ment that I had cerebral Palsy. I have been supported all of my life. I have also worked as a carer support worker and as verious other jobs.

I returned to my home town of Glasgow nine years ago. I have been suported through my wifes cancer and my own mental health issues. I have nothing but praise for the NHS.

Act as the Secretary to the Health Board and responsible for complaints, freedom of information requests, health board administration, lead officer for Vale of Leven Public Inquiry and responsible for Ministerial briefings and MSPs correspondence to the Chief executive
