Anything else?
I was admitted by my GP as an emergergency for testing. I was being tested for Malaria. I was told that I had to have 3 clear blood tests, and they wanted to test me for other tropical diseases. I was given two blood tests and sent home being told I coulld come back the following day for the third blood test. I ws given envelopes and sample pots filled in by the hospital staff and told to return Stool tests and take the third blood test. However, I was sent home with the wrong details on my discharge papers, the doctors name, address, and contact details were all wrong. I pointed it out only to be told it could not be changed. At this point there was still no diagnosis. I detriorated over the weekend and contracted full flu symptoms. I have returned to my GP. to be diagnosed with Bronchitis. He also told me that the Hospital had refused to check the stool samples because the samples were not fully labelled. So we still to this day don't know if I have contracted a tropical illness or not. What a circus act.
