My wife went in with a cartilage injury to her knee. She came out in greater pain and unable to walk or get out of bed unassisted. She may lose her job as a result & maybe me too.

The hospital refused to refer her for home help as she "does not fit the criteria".

When she wanted to go to toilet, she was handed a cardboard receptacle which she was unable to use, so she soiled the bed.

A total butchers shop.

Anything else?

This visit may well have destroyed our family
