"lack of help for anxiety"

About: Derbyshire County PCT NHS Direct NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I had a bad time last year with anxiety etc, my hubby phoned the NHS phone line for help as I was having a bad panic attack, they refered me to a NHS clinic - who after I waited around for a couple of hours - helped me zero! Even saying if they refered me to the Mental Health team at hospital I wouldnt get any help?
