My experience of the practice is that you get competent, disassociated reception service, but there is not enough available time to spend with GP.
We are often made to feel the health service as a whole is doing you a favour - whether it is listening or treatment. Any misbehaviour (or behaviour deemed unsuitable i.e. discussion or expectancy of a better service) seems not to be tolerated, or only tolerated within limited parameters.
I would like:
1. More time
2. Understanding that a public service is paid out of private means.
