"Telephone booking staff let the side down"

(as the patient),

I think the telephone booking staff I spoke too let the side down. If felt like one officer assumed that anyone with minimal hearing difficulty was also stupid. Computer system also let the side down. My operation was cancelled but a letter saying that I had a post operation appointment was sent. The surgery was excellent but had to wait too long.
